1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.412/2014, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 120B read with Section 34 of the IPC.
2. This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. Earlier bail applications have already been considered on merits.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 6-11-2014 and there is no progress in trial.
4. The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, as the applicant is in jail since 6-11-2014.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands finally disposed of.
