Ashwani Kumar Verma v. Ramuram Dhruv

It has been preferred seeking for restoration of MAC No. 545/2010 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.11.2017. Reluctantly, though as the appeal is of the year 2010, this Court allows the MCC and orders that subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs.5,000/- within a period of 7 days from today to be paid to the Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society, MAC No. 545/2010 shall stand restored to its original number.

If the applicant deposits Rs.5,000/- as cost within seven days, the matter be listed on 15th January, 2018 for final disposal at motion stage. If the cost amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the order passed today shall lose it efficacy.
