Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is first bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 13-08-2018 in connection with Crime No.198/2018 registered at P.S. - Pandri, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the IPC. 2.
It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 13-08-2018. No case is made out against him. He has been implicated only for the reason that he is relative of the main accused who has used this applicant in his fraudulent transaction. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be granted regular bail. 3.
Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 5.
It is alleged that main accused Chitrakant Baghel, who was employee in DS Construction Company, issued various forged cheques in the name of cheques showing the drawer of the cheques DS Construction company and
-2also transferred money through RTGS from the bank account to various other accounts and thus has misappropriated the same and cheated the company. The allegation against this applicant is this, that in his account a sum of Rs.6,16,620/0 was deposited through cheque fraudulently drawn by the main accused person. Hence, this case.

Considered on all the material present in the case diary. As the case in now before the trail Court and looking to the nature of allegation against this applicant, I feel inclined to allow this application. 7.
Consequently, this application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail is hereby allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, for his appearance as and when directed. 8.
