This review petition has been filed praying that the order with regard to the present Petitioner passed in Writ Petition (T) No.7503 of 2010 and other connected cases on 18.11.2016 be recalled.

The order dated 18.11.2016 was passed in the presence of Learned Counsel for the parties. When the order was passed, Learned Counsel for the parties were clearly asked which case is covered by the judgment of the Apex Court or not. It is only on the statement of Learned Counsel for the parties, I had
passed the order. In fact, I remember that on that day, one or two cases are not covered by this order and those cases were listed separately. Now the party cannot be permitted to turn around and say that its case is distinguishable from the judgment rendered by the Apex Court.

Therefore, I find no error apparent on the face of the record. Review petition is dismissed accordingly.
