1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Block Education Officer Charama, District Kanker to Government Higher Secondary School Ahiwara, Block Dhamdha, District Durg. It is stated that the petitioner is in scheduled area and according to the policy, unless the reliever comes, he could not be transferred as per clause 2.6.of the transfer policy. It is further submitted that the petitioner had made a representation to the Committee, which has been constituted to redress the grievance or hear the objection as per Annexure P-4, therefore, the same may be decided.

2. Perused Annexure P-4 as also the transfer order. The petitioner has been transferred from Charama to Ahiwara. Annexure P-4 purports that the

representation has been made to the Committee, which has been constituted by the State to look after the grievance of the transferred employee. In view of the same, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner may be decided as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
