1. The only relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for being transferred to a non-scheduled area as the petitioner in the past had been working in scheduled areas for more than 18 years.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, it is expected that the respondent no.1 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order considering the administrative exigency and also considering the scheduled area policy of the State Govt. at the earliest.

3. In addition to the representation that has already been made, the petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh representation in this regard.
