On an earlier occasion, the petitioner had assailed the order passed by the Competent Authority under the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013 before the Collector and thereafter before the Commissioner. However, the present impugned order passed by the SDO
(Revenue), Bilaspur has been directly assailed by preferring a writ petition.
