Agrawal Order On Board 18/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made application for regularization before the Secretary, District Regularization Authority on 24.11.2016, which has not been considered and decided till now and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents

would jointly submit that if any such application is pending, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks. (3) In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respective respondents, the writ petition stands finally disposed of by directing the concerned authority to take a final decision in that behalf within a period of six weeks from today.
