1. By the impugned order, the trial Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order 7 Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the documents are necessary and it ought to have been taken on record by the trial Court.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 opposes the writ petition.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of documents sought to be filed, finding recorded by the trial Court and stage during which

documents are sought to be filed, I deem it proper that the documents be taken on record subject to payment of cost of ₹ 2000/- to respondent No.1 on the next date of hearing.

5. The writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated hereinabove. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
