AWARD (Passed on 11.09.2021) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.2/United India Insurance Company Limited has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of two months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within the period of two months, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual amount. The amount of compensation shall be payable to appellant(s) through cheque 2.
