1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Janakpur to Mungeli Vanmandal.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as a Forest Guard. The seniority of the petitioner is maintained circle wise and petitioner now is being transferred to a place outside the circle which may have an adverse bearing on the seniority and promotion of the petitioner.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of such representation the respondent No.1 shall decide the same within a period of 45 days subject to the verification of the fact.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
