1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for a

direction to the respondents to decide the representation that the petitioner has made seeking indulgence to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre Charoda, district Durg to Sub Health Centre, Mopar, Bhatapara, district Balodabazar.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It is contended that the petitioner till date has not been relieved.

4. Under the circumstances, let status quo as it exists today be maintained so far as the case of the petitioner is concerned till the representation of the petitioner is decided.
