(2) The applicant has filed this petition for correction in order dated 13.12.2016 passed in WP(227) No.176/2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in order dated 13.12.2016, the name of counsel (Mrs. Fouzia Mirza) has wrongly mentioned as counsel for the petitioner whereas she is counsel for respondent-Smt. Yugalkishori Shukla (applicant herein) and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that the name of counsel (Mrs.

Fouzia Mirza) in place of counsel for the petitioner it be read as counsel for the respondent in order dated 13.12.2016 passed in WP(227) No.176/2016. Other contents of order dated 13.12.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
