The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner has got only 10 months of service left for his retirement and in between, the order of promotion has been passed on 29/09/2018 whereby the petitioner has been promoted from the post of Headmaster to the post of Lecturer (Hindi). While promotion, the petitioner has been posted to Government Higher Secondary School, Ratkhadi, Kota, District Bilaspur

whereas the petitioner is presently working at Government Boys Middle School, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa.

The only prayer which the petitioner has made is to consider his case for accommodating him at the present place of posting where there is vacancy or at any other nearby place from the present place of posting, taking into consideration the short period of service left for the petitioner to retire.

In the given facts, let the petitioner move an appropriate representation to the respondents No. 2 & 4 within a period of 10 days from today who in turn shall consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and also taking note of the short duration of service left for the petitioner an appropriate order be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.
