The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in WPS No.1159 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that in the cause title the subject of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Chemistry" instead of "Commerce".

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that nature of the order does not get affected any manner, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. In the cause title of the said order dated 21.02.2019 in WPS No.1159 f 2019, the subject of the petitioner shall be read as "Guest Faculty (Commerce)" instead of Guest Faculty (Chemistry)". Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of the WPS No.1159 of 2019.
