1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1595 of 2021 and previously filed appeal CRA No. 1564 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18.11.2021 passed by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Surajpur, District- Surajpur (C.G.) in Sessions Case No. 66/2021. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No. 1564 of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Ganesh @ Bhoku Vishwakarma through his counsel namely R.V. Ram Rajwade, Advocate whereas subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No. 1595 of 2021 is filed on behalf of same appellant through another counsel namely Gyan Prakash Shukla, Advocate. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the

appeal i.e. CRA No. CRA No. 1595 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.
