Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had retired on 30/06/2019, despite her retirement, no retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner till date, neither the gratuity nor the pension has been settled. 2.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner has retired on 30/06/2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already retired, the retiral dues of the petitioner requires to be settled forthwith. However, since it has not been settled till date and the document shows that official correspondence inter se have been made in the department. Be that as it may, concerned respondent is directed to decide payable retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
