1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order of transfer.
2. Counsel for the respondents submits that by virtue of the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioner has been permitted to join at his original place of posting and the Department do not intend to transfer the petitioner from his present place of posting. As a
-2consequence, the Department would not act upon the impugned order of transfer.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on the said submission made by the counsel for the respondents. Needless to mention that if the petitioner is aggrieved of any subsequent development and any other relief which he intends to raise, he would be at liberty to raise the same by way of a separate petition.
