1. The limited prayer that the petitioner prays for, is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the objection of the petitioner which he has filed to Section 3(A) notification published on 11.11.2021 in-terms of the provision of Section 3(C) of the Act of 1956. The petitioner has also tendered his objection to 3(A) notification on 03.12.2021 and which till date is pending consideration. The petitioner only wants a fair, a reasonable and a reasoned order to be passed on the said objection that he has filed.

2. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision on the objection raised by the petitioner in accordance with the Act of 1956.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. The respondent No. 2 shall be free to take an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the rules governing the field and also considering the objection that the petitioner has filed.
