Heard the matter finally at the motion stage itself. 2.
The petitioners by filing the instant review petition prayed that the order passed in MCC No.36/2017 be reviewed and the Writ Petition No.3731/2000 be restored to its original number as the limitation law is not applicable for the MCC arises out of the dismissal of a writ petition for want of prosecution and also there was wrong facts mentioned regarding the death of petitioner No.2 Rana Ghosh. 3.
Perused the material.

On due consideration, the death of petitioner No.2 was duly submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the applicants and on due consideration, as the scope of review is very limited, the MCC was preferred after 1365 days of its limitation, upon consideration of entire material, I do not think that this is a fit case for review.

Consequently, the instant review petition is dismissed at the motion stage itself.
