Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have given consent for their transfer on deputation to Swami Atmanand
Government Utkrisht (Hindi Medium School) but vide order dated 16.08.2021 they have been transferred to Atmanand Government Utkrisht (English Medium School), against which they have made representation before respondent No.5 which has not been considered and decided till this date. 2.
Be that as it may, it is directed that respondent No.5 is directed to consider and dispose off the representation given by the petitioners within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the impugned order of the transfer shall not be given effect to, for the period of three weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
