2. Admittedly the order passed by this Court has been complied with. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would complain about the conduct of respondent No.2 while sending wrong information to the Central Government.

3. Mr. Mukhopadhyaya would submit that respondent No.2 has never sent any incorrect information to the Central Government, but she has performed her duty in accordance with law.

4. Respondent No.2 may not have appropriately conducted herself but the fact remains that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, therefore, there is no point in keeping this contempt petition pending.
