Heard This case is for correction in the order dated 11.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.2190 of 2019.

For the reasons stated in the MCC, it is further ordered that in the order dated 11.09.2019 further addition be made that the certified copy of the impugned order Annexure P-1 filed in the writ petition be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same. Rest of the order dated 11.09.2019 shall remain as it is. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
