The present writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to proceed and conclude the revenue case No. 2019-20/B-121, which is pending before the respondent No.2 since 2020.

The matter pertains to the respondent No.4 having got elected as a Sarpanch, a post which was otherwise reserved for the scheduled caste candidate and the allegation in the complaint is that the respondent No.4 does not belong to the scheduled caste category. 3.
Be that as it may, since the respondent No.2 has already entertained the complaint of the petitioner and a revenue case has also been registered, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of without
expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directing the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision and to take the revenue case to a logical conclusion in terms of the findings that would come before the respondents No.1 & 2 in the course of deciding the dispute after hearing all the necessary parties. Let the proceedings be concluded within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
