Ms. Sunita Jain, Government Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 13.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5986 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the direction given by this Court may also be given to the other respondents in the writ petition.

The counsel for the applicant/petitioner prays that instead of directions being given to the Respondent No. 02 to 04, the directions should have been given to the Respondent No. 02 to 08. The said limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and in the paragraph 3 of the Order dated 13.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5986 of 2019, the directions given by this Court to the Respondent No. 02 to 04 shall be read as "Respondent No. 02 to 08" and they are directed to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for arrears of payment of the revised pay-scale.

With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 5986 of 2019.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the Respondent No. 05 to 08; so far as the Order passed by this Court is concerned, both in the writ petition as well as in the MCC. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rahul
