Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners' application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration before respondent No.4 since 31.05.2021, which is directed to be considered and decided at the earliest.

of the said application within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law.
