On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the application and the arguments advanced, this Court is of the considered view that the applicant has satisfactorily shown the reasons for filing the instant application after 208 days of order. 3.
Consequently, IA No.01/17 is allowed and the delay of 208 days in filing the instant application is hereby condoned. 4.
Also heard the matter finally.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Writ Petition (L) No. 2109/2007 dismissed for want of prosecution on 11.11.2016 may be restored to its original number. 6.
