1. The limited relief sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to immediately relieve the petitioner in compliance of the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019.
2. According to the petitioner, she was transferred at her own request and at her own cost on 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner was
transferred from Raigarh to Durg. Though more than one month has passed the petitioner till date has not been relieved. According to the petitioner the order has not been modified, cancelled or amended till date so far as the petitioner is concerned. There is also no reason why the respondent authorities could not have relieved the petitioner.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No.3 & 4 take all necessary steps in ensuring that the order of transfer unless it is modified, cancelled or amended be executed at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
