1. The limited relief has sought for is compliance of the order dated 23.08.2019 where the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Center, Tosir Block Baramkela Distt. Raigarh to Sub Health Center, Badetemri, Block Dvision Basna, Distt. Mahasamund.

2. The Contention of the petitioner is that inspite of more than 1 month having been passed, petitioner has till date not been relieved from the said post, therefore, respondents may be directed accordingly for relieving the petitioner at the earliest. He further makes a submission that the order of transfer has not been amended, cancelled or modified till date so far as the petitioner is concerned.

3. Given the aforesaid facts of the case, ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 & 4 to take immediate steps to ensure that the order of transfer is complied with, unless the order of transfer is modified, amended, or cancelled by the respondents so far as petitioner is concerned.

4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
