The dispute raised in the writ petition appears to be against the respondent No.3, which is a private body not amenable to writ jurisdiction of this Court. If the said respondent has obtained the advance amount of Rs.40,000/- from the petitioner by playing fraud or otherwise, the remedy for the petitioner lies to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court or the Criminal Court, as the case may be.

The petitioner may work out his remedy before the jurisdictional Civil or Criminal Court.
