therefore, necessary direction be issued to him to expedite the hearing of the review petition.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the review petition on merit within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
