1. Read order dated 11/05/2017. Thereafter, the Pharmacy Council of India has granted approval to the petitioner. The University has also granted affiliation for the petitioner. This means that the situation obtained as per the order dated 11/05/2017 and thereafter until now, will be treated as conclusive. The order dated 11/05/2017 is made absolute and the writ petition ordered accordingly leaving open the petitioner's challenge to the vires of the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (Amendment) Act, 2014.
2. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
