(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 30.11.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.1985 of 2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation has been decided by the respondent authorities on 30.03.2017, but his representation was not considered in accordance with law.

(4) Since, the petitioner's representation has already been considered and decided finally on merit by the respondent authorities,

it would not be expedient to entertain the instant contempt petition. (5) Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question order dated 30.03.2017 in accordance with law, if so advised.
