Without entering into the merits of the case, at the outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in changed circumstances, the NTPC has come out with an offer to pay compensation to the petitioner, which the petitioner is willing to consider and, therefore, at this stage, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the parties to approach the Court in case the grievance is not redressed.
