(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 30.11.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.1981 of 2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' representations have been decided by the respondent

authorities on 30.03.2017, but their representations were not considered in accordance with law.

(4) Since, the petitioners' representations have already been considered and decided finally on merit by the respondent authorities, it would not be expedient to entertain the instant contempt petition. (5) Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to question order dated 30.03.2017 in accordance with law, if so advised.
