1. It appears, the petitioners have not preferred any representation claiming pension in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh (WorkCharged and Contingency Paid Employees) Pension Rules, 1979 after dismissal of the S.L.P., which was pending before the Supreme Court.

2. Let the petitioners prefer fresh representation before the competent authority within three weeks, which shall be decided by the concerned competent authority in accordance with the directions issued in the respective writ petitions of the petitioners within a further period of three months

3. Depending upon the outcome of the representations, the petitioners would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
