1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Patwari Halka No.11 Belar (Mohdi) to Patwari Halka No.42 Chanta (Sonesili), which is against the transfer policy of the State Government and against the memo dated 11.11.2021 and for which, he may be allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2/Collector, Raipur, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.2/Collector, Raipur within 10 days from today. If such a representation is made, respondent NO.2/Collector, Raipur would do well to

consider and decide the same within further two weeks from its receipt by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
