This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 16.11.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 6269 of 2016.

The petitioner is directed to make an additional representation to the respondents/contemnor for strict compliance of the order dated 16.11.2016 within ten days from today.

In that event, the respondents shall comply with the order dated 16.11.2016 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 4.
