1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5808/19. The modification sought for is to the extent of status of petitioner in paragraph 2 of the order which has been shown as that of 'Block President' whereas the petitioner in fact is the 'District Secretary' of the Shaleya Shiksha Karmi Sangh.

2. The said limited modification sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents subject to verification of facts.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of. Thus, in WPS 5808/19 in paragraph 2 the status of the petitioner shall be read as 'District Secretary' of the Shaley Shiksha Karmi Sangh instead of 'Block President' of Shaley Shiksha Karmi Sangh.

4. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.

5. Registry is directed to place the order passed in the present MCC in the records of WPS 5808/2019.
