(1) This is an application filed by the petitioners for grant of extention of time to comply with the order dated 01.05.2017. (2) This Court vide order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.2556/2002, while allowing the writ petition, directed the petitionersBank, respondents therein to reconsider the appeal of the respondent afresh in light of the provisions contained in Regulation 31(1) of the Regulation, 1982 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of production of certified copy of this order.

(3) However, counsel for the petitioners has prayed for further time to decide the statutory appeal filed by the non-applicant, petitioner therein.

(4) Considering the reasons assigned in the application for extenstion of time, prayer is allowed and further 45 days' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to comply with the order dated 01.05.2017.

(5) The M.C.C. is accordingly disposed of.
