1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Balodabazar to Basna Distt. Mahasamund.

2. There are two grounds raised by the petitioner challenging the impugned order, first that it has been made at her own request whereas the petitioner has never made any request for transfer, thus the order is bad. The second ground is that the petitioner has got only six months left for retirement and at this juncture, the order of transfer amounts violation of the transfer policy itself

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in

turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
