2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prosecute the pending appeal before the Appeal Committee of the Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur, wherein, the petitioner has

called in question the legality and validity of the order dated 23.3.2017-Annexure P/6 cancelling the allotement of shops and forfeiting the earnest money of Rs.2,82,000.

3. He is permitted to do so.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
