This Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C on the ground that the police has registered an offence punishable under Section 493 IPC when a complaint was made by the aggrieved persons. 2.
Learned State Counsel submits that after filing the charge sheet on 30.03.2021, the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Manendragarh has framed the charge only under Section 376(2)(n) IPC and therefore, the ground raised by the Petitioner has no substance and the same deserves to be dismissed.

Heard and perused the documents annexed with the Petition. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also looking to the ambit of Section 482 Cr.P.C as the charge has been
framed by the Sessions Judge only against Section 376/(2)(n) for which, there is sufficient material available in the charge sheet, therefore, the Petition being devoid of any substance, is liable to be and is dismissed accordingly.
