Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/17 This is the third round of litigation, i.e. Contempt Case. 2.

Earlier also, the petitioner had filed Contempt Case No. 375 of 2016 which was disposed of by this Court by order dated 07.09.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed second Contempt Petition bearing No. 611 of 2016 which was closed by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.04.2017 in accordance with law. But instead of challenging the order dated 13.04.2017, the petitioner has again filed this Contempt petition No. 586/2017.

As Contempt Case No. 611 of 2016 has already been closed on
