This is an application for restoration of CONT No.21 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 01.09.2017. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and CONT No.21 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the C.G. High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Committee within a period of one week.
