Agrawal Order On Board 15/11/2017 (1) This review petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1762 of 2014 and other connected cases. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and after going through the record, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of the record in the order under review.

(3) Accordingly, the review petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the civil suit filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt certified copy of this order.
