Shri Mayank Kumar, counsel for respondent submits that the compliance order passed by this Court has been made copy of the said order and the memo sent to the surety is produced, which mentioned that the application for interim release on leave filed by the applicant has been allowed, and the surety have been noticed to record their presence along with document required for furnishing the surety. Counsel for respondent is directed to supply the copy of this document to the counsel for petitioner who submits that he has no objection if the application is disposed of at this state.
