Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate for the State. The present Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 13.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7471 of 2019. The Review Petition has been filed on the ground that in another writ petition of similar nature this court had passed an interim order in favour of the petitioner therein, therefore, the present review petition be also entertained and similar order be passed. Considering the fact that the writ petition was disposed of on the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the ground that he has raised now would not be a ground that would be available for review of the order dated 13.09.2019.

The law so far as review jurisdiction of this court is concerned is very limited i.e. review would be entertained only in the event of an error apparent on the face of record. The petitioner has not been able to show any error apparent on the face of record except for relying upon an order passed in another similar writ petition on a subsequent date. Given the said facts, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out by the petitioner for review of the order dated 13.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7471 of 2019.
