1. On due consideration, IA NO.1, application for condonation of delay is allowed and delay of 22 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and FAM No.67/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner to the High Court Bar Association within a period of one week, failing which this order shall lose its efficacy.
