1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make an application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Balod along with copy of memo dated 2.3.2016 issued by the Station House Officer, Police Station Balod to the Superintendent of Police, Balod.

2. The petitioner is permitted to move an application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Balod. If the petitioner prefers such application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Balod, the Sub Divisional Officer, Balod will do well and consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the petition finally stands disposed off.
